Ingredientes para preparar dorada al limon
1 dorada de 1,5 kg aproximadamente
3 limones
aceite de oliva
sal
pimienta.
Cómo Preparar dorada al limon
Vaciar, lavar y secar la dorada; exprimir 1 limón, cortar en triangulitos otro y en rodajas finas el tercero.
Salpimentar y rociar por dentro y por fuera la dorada; hacerle unos cortes superficiales y transversales en el lomo y poner allí los triangulitos de limón.
Hacer en la fuente un lecho de rodajas de limón y colocar sobre él la dorada; rociar con aceite, añadir un vasito de agua y cocer durante 15 minutos a máxima potencia.
Cubrir el pescado con papel transparente y cocer 5 minutos más.
